RETURNS

The customer has the right to return the goods purchased in the store within 14 days of receiving the shipment on the terms described in the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271 as amended)

The original proof of purchase must be attached to the shipment. We do not accept parcels sent on delivery

The shipment should be sent as a parcel via any courier or Polish Post. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.

The method of packaging and transport of the returned goods should correspond to the properties of the item. The products should be properly packed and secured.

The return procedure applies only to goods that do not bear visible signs of use beyond ordinary management (possibility to familiarize yourself with the item).

Failure to comply with the above recommendations may be the basis for not accepting the return of the goods.

EXCHANGE

The willingness to exchange should be reported within 14 days by e-mail or by phone to check whether the goods are available for replacement of the returned product. The product for exchange must be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Exceeding the deadlines may be the basis for not taking into account the exchange (in the event of receiving goods that are not in accordance with the order, the complaint procedure applies).

The shipment must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase with information on which goods the product should be exchanged for. We do not accept parcels sent on delivery.

The customer does not incur any costs related to the exchange of goods for another, except for the costs of returning the goods to the store. In the case of a difference in price between the returned and exchanged goods, an additional payment is required from the customer.

The method of packaging and transport of the returned goods should correspond to the properties of the item. The products should be properly packed and secured.

The exchange procedure applies only to goods that do not bear visible signs of use beyond ordinary management (possibility to familiarize yourself with the item).

Failure to comply with the above recommendations will be grounds for disqualification of the exchange.

COMPLAINTS

The shipment with the advertised goods should be sent as a package via Poczta Polska or any courier. We do not accept parcels sent on delivery. Please attach to the shipment what defect of the product was revealed during use. The original proof of purchase must be attached to the shipment.

The method of packaging and transport of the returned goods should correspond to the properties of the item. The returned goods should be clean, properly packed and secured.

In the event of a justified complaint, the damaged goods will be repaired or replaced with other, full-fledged ones, and if this is impossible (e.g. due to stock exhaustion), the store will refund all transaction costs incurred by the Customer or offer other goods available in the store to choose from.

Refunds of transaction costs are made by bank transfer to the account number provided in the return form. In the case of payments via the Przelewy24 payment system, to the account/card number from which the payment was made.

Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Complaints regarding the difference in the appearance of the goods ordered and received, which result from the difference in the settings of the Customer's monitor parameters, in particular the difference in colors and shades, do not constitute grounds for a complaint.

The store is not responsible for non-compliance of consumer goods with the contract, if the buyer knew about this non-conformity or, judging reasonably, should have known.

Complaints are not subject to:

1. - natural wear of the product,

2. - mechanical damage,

3. - obvious defects visible at the time of receipt of the package, and not reported immediately after their discovery,

4. - discoloration,

5. - defects resulting from a method of washing inconsistent with the instructions,

6. - getting wet.
